Our unique Intake Response Center (IRC) utilizes the very latest state-of-the-art technologies to streamline the intake process and to ensure prompt, quality service.

Using Web-based Windows claim entry software, each required field is highlighted, making certain our Claim Intake Specialists always get complete information the first time, every time.

Our Claim Intake Specialists always treat each caller with dignity and respect, carefully guiding the caller through a series of questions designed to prompt them for the specific details needed in a courteous and professional manner.

All phone system traffic is continually monitored through the exclusive use of the Dial Pro System. Incoming calls are immediately routed to the correct department and answered promptly using your Private Labeling.

Disaster Recovery

In the event of a catastrophe, inclement weather, or, any such situation that would effect or prohibit otherwise “normal operations”, QRM is well equipped with an emergency power generator and a battery backup system to provide uninterrupted services to our clients.

Each QRM team member is qualified for dealing with disaster recovery in their area, trained in emergency operations and equipped with emergency contact information and all approved vendor information (i.e. utilities, communications, computer systems).

QRM also offers customized Disaster Recovery Services to our customers.  As always, the programs are flexible and each is designed based on client specific needs.
